You will also need to fill out and attach a cost estimate form. Please consider the following when filling out your proposal:

• Can we share your contact information with interested students? Students sometimes have questions that Extended, Professional and Continuing Education (EPaCE) is unable to answer. Indicate here if and how you would like us to refer those questions to you.
• Course Description: This is the course description that will be used on the Extended, Professional and Continuing Education (EPaCE) website and in the course catalog. Please write with your specific audience in mind.
• Requested Scheduling: Please keep your target audience in mind when deciding when you want to hold your class. Student work schedules can impact enrollment.
