CAFES Agricultural Internships

1. Contact the instructor and they will provide you with the class number and a permission number
2. Log into your Student Center at My Cal Poly Portal
3. Under My Apps, select Student Center
4. Click Enrollment
5. Click Shopping Cart
6. Click Add Class
7. Select add by class number.
8. Enter class number and click add.
9. Select grading basis and click save.
10. Check box next to class.
11. Click enroll.
12. Check "I agree" box and click enroll.
13. View enrollment results.
14. Click my schedule to verify.

Class fees are due in 7 days after enrollment. To view posted fees, please view your Cal Poly portal (my.calpoly.edu). The class fee does not include books, room and board, travel, or other personal expenses. Detailed payment instructions can be found on Extended, Professional and Continuing Education (EPaCE) Paying Fees.

Courses may be dropped via your Student Center through the add/drop date of July 3, 2024.
AGED S540-01 Course drop date differs and may be dropped through the add/drop date of June 28, 2024. If you would like to withdraw after the add/drop date, please email extended@calpoly.edu
Note that withdrawing from a class after the add/drop date will result in a ‘W’ grade.

Reversal Fee Policy

100% fee reversal if course is dropped prior to the first day of class
65% fee reversal if course is dropped within the first 3 weeks of class
No fee reversal after the 3rd week of instruction
