Paying your fees
Class fees are due 3 days after enrollment. To view posted fees, please view your Cal Poly portal (my.calpoly.edu). The class fee does not include books, room and board, travel, or other personal expenses. Detailed payment instructions can be found here.
Dropping classes and reversal of fees
- Courses may be dropped via your Student Center through the add/drop date of June 10, 2022
- If you would like to withdraw after the add/drop date, please send an email to extended@calpoly.edu
- Note that withdrawing from a class after June 10, 2022 will result in a ‘W’ grade.
Fee adjustments for students enrolled in the late spring 2022 classes:
- 100% fee reversal if course is dropped prior to the first day of class
- 65% fee reversal if course is dropped within the first week of class
- No fee reversal after first week of instruction
